Vegan Nigerian Cuisine is a dinner consisting of the recipes I grew up with as a child along with some of my own adaptations of traditional Nigerian recipes. The table will be full with fried plantain; black-eyed peas with tomato and onion; mango cabbage salad with cilantro lime dressing; and red palm cream cheesecake - a delicious and decadent cake inspired by our legendary banga soup. These recipes are close to my heart and I feel very lucky to be able to share them with you. Please join us for our final meal at the Feastly PDX venue!
