This month's pop-up will act as a culinary interpretation and exploration of Ntozake Shange's "For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide / When The Rainbow Is Enuf." Each of the four courses is inspired by a part of Shange's choreopoem as a way of creating a new kind of sensory engagement with her work. This meal is created as a celebration, a dance, and an offering. This meal is created for you. Live poetry by Annika Hansteen-Izora <3 *All menu items will be vegan, gluten-free and free of cane sugar
