This meal is a combination of the traditional Nigerian recipes I ate growing up and my brunch favorites like cornmeal pancakes, home fries and gravy. On Sundays when I was a child, all different types of cuisine came together on the table - black-eyed peas and toast, pancakes and omelettes, pineapple cornbread. I love those memories of enjoying a Sunday feast and I look forward to being able to share that feast with you.
