After graduating with a degree in Communications and Sociology from Northeastern University, Sarah worked as the private events director at L'Espalier. With a newly found passion for food and wine, she decided to travel to Spain and France to tour vineyards and explore the culinary scene. Upon returning to Boston, she followed her passion while working under Boston's best sommeliers. Beginning at Central Bottle, serving at The Butcher Shop, teaching classes at Stir, managing at The Boston Harbor Hotel, and landing currently as the wine director at Oleana and Sarma Restaurant Group. During those years she has developed a love for Italian, Spanish, French, German, and Austrian wines with a taste of the 'new' California as well. A graduate of BU's Elizabeth Bishop Wine program and a certified Sommelier through the Court of Masters of Sommeliers. Currently she is the Wine Director for Oleana and Sarma Restaurant Group.
