The signature dish from the sultry "Like Water for Chocolate" film, this slow-cooked chicken recipe features cage-free chicken thighs, raisins, almonds, tomatoes, and, of course, organic bittersweet chocolate. Eat alone, or served over platanos and arroz con verdurous. Paired with Ten Thousand Tears on the Wall (Tequila, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Pink Peppercorns*, Basil*)
