BIO
My love for baking was cultivated within the home from the women of the family as they would gather around the kitchen to bake and cook for every occasion. My passion to bake as a hobby soon turned into a profession and led me to the San Francisco Bay Area, where I attended the California Culinary Academy.
After graduating from the CCA, I worked to build up my resume at several fine dining restaurants. Later on, an opportunity to work at the Waterbar presented itself to work under the then Executive Pastry Chef of Farallon and Waterbar, Emily Luchetti. This opportunity afforded me the experience to work with seasonal organic produce and to learn the dynamics of sharing ideas and creations with a team. My position grew quickly to Pastry Sous Chef.
Shortly after, I became Executive Pastry Chef of Waterbars sister restaurant EPIC Steak where I continued my journey alongside Executive Chef Parke Ulrich of Waterbar and EPIC Steak. Being able to showcase my passion for desserts on the EPIC menu was a goal that I had accomplished!
Through the 10 plus years working with talented chefs, I learned more than just leadership and managing kitchen staff. I was interested in cooking and learning new techniques. I would like to share meals created from the inspiration of friendships and family in my life to anyone that appreciates and enjoys having a good dinner worth there wild. You will always be in for a treat! Guaranteed!
See you at the Dinner Table!
