For frosting:
- Cream Cheese
- Powdered Sugar
- Heavy Whipping Cream
For buttercream:
- Egg Whites, carton or fresh
- Caster Sugar
- Unsalted Butter

- Medium Pot
- 3 Cake Pans, 6"
- Kitchen Scales
- Stand or Hand Mixer
- Containers/Bowls
- Piping Bags
- Piping Tips 1M, 8B, 352 (by wilton)
- Small and Large Silicone and Offset Spatulas, Cake or Bench Scraper, Cake Decorating Turntable, Cake Board/Drum
- Food Coloring Gels: pink or burgundy, green, blue, purple
- Sprinkles and/or Cadburry Eggs for deco (optional)
