The summer time, specifically May - June, is one of my most favorite times of year for the produce. Living in California, I think everyone realizes how incredibly lucky we are to have access to some of the best vegetables, fruits, seafood, and meats, in the world. I get excited for summer produce like kids get excited for summer break. It's a big deal! The stonefruit is beautiful and perfect, corn is as sweet as ever and I can't get enough!
