Start the evening with a sweet frothy glass of fresh pineapple juice and coconut milk. Make it boozy with rum or keep it non-alcoholic!
Papa Rellena

Breaded mashed potatoes stuffed with Picadillo, a traditional Cuban stew made with vegan ground 'beef', bell peppers, raisins, olives, capers, and tomatoes. Deed fried until golden and crispy.
Arroz Con Pollo

Creamy arborio rice with aromatic saffron, braised cauliflower, roasted red bell peppers, peas, and spanish olives.
Ropa Vieja y Congrí
Entree
Shredded jackfruit braised with crushed tomatoes, sliced onions, red and green bell peppers, pimiento stuffed olives, and red wine. Served with a cuban style black bean and white rice medley called Congrí.
Refugiado con Helado
Dessert
Guava and cream cheese filled puff pastry topped with vanilla ice cream.
