Hola! I'm Serge. I'm a food content producer and private chef. My culinary journey started when I decided to hit the reset button and attend culinary school after owning a creative agency and working in entertainment marketing for twenty-plus years. I traded my office for a knife kit and a camera, and I'm excited to bring you along on my culinary journey. I was born in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, and raised in Los Angeles in a traditional Mexican household; my most memorable experiences as a child revolve around warm spices, chilies, cooking with my mother, and sharing a meal with my family. Although I love Mexican cuisine, my palate is international. I love experimenting with recipes from all over the world and giving them my twist while respecting the ingredients.
