What you're about to experience is as if you were in Iran trying a homemade meal. In this menu, I'd like to introduce you to a unique culinary gem from my beloved Iran. Noosh e joon!

Orange Blossom Sharbat

A unique refreshment from Persia land! Chia seeds, orange blossom water and a hint of sugar.
Sabzi Platter
Appetizer
Fresh herbs, radish, light goat cheese, soaked walnuts and almonds served with sangak bread.
Maast Laboo
Appetizer
Beet yogurt with fresh mint and garlic. This dish is served family style.
Mediterranean Inspired Salad
Appetizer
Fresh herbs, mix greens, bulgur and glazed seasonal fruit (apricot or plum) with fresh lime and olive oil dressing.
Koofteh
Entree
This dish, meatballs, is our family recipe. Ground beef, caramelized onion, garlic, fresh herbs (tarragon, cilantro, mint), rice, split pea, dried apricot, plum and spices. This Entree is served with sangak bread.
Baklava Cake
Dessert
Homemade Baklava cake with almond flour served with Baby Coconut Ice-cream.
