What you're about to experience is as if you were in Iran trying a homemade meal. In this menu, I'd like to introduce you to a unique culinary gem from my beloved Iran. Noosh e joon!

Zeitoun Parvardeh
Absolute favorite snack from childhood, this dish is from North of Iran. Olive marinated with walnuts, pomegranate molasses, pomegranate seeds and spices.
Anar Inspired Salad
Anar (in Farsi) means Pomegranate. I use seasonal and farmers market ingredients. Pomegranate, Mint, Persian hogweed bread crumble and Satay lettuce with Seti's signature dressing.
Āush e Anar/Pomegranate Aush
Aush is part of Iranian, Azerbaijani and Turkish cuisine.It is a thick soup/stew, which is usually served hot. It can be considered a full meal or a first course. This Aush includes fresh herbs, rice, lentil, onion, pomegranate juice, pomegranate molasses and Persian spices.
Fesenjan Stew with Rice
A very unique Persian stew, with walnuts, pomegranate molasses served with turkey meatballs and rice.
Yogurt Pudding with Pomegranate Jello
In the spirit of all things red and seasonal, I'm making this fluffy yogurt pudding with homemade pomegranate jello.
