For this course I'd like to use seasonal and farmers market ingredients. In the past I've made Pomegranate Mint Mix green Salad with Seti's signature dressing or Pistachio Farro Salad.
Baghali Polo and Shank

A Persian classic dish that is served at feasts and weddings in Iran. Fava Beans and Dill Rice served with braised shank.

Squash Dessert with Ice-cream
Dessert
This dessert is a childhood favorite from North of Iran plus I've added my touch to flavors and texture for this dish. Squash puree, brown butter, cinnamon and candied pecans served with seasonal ice-cream.
