Autumn Salad
Mix greens, Fresh Herbs, Crispy Farro, Barberries and Blood Orange served with one of Seti's Signature dressing

All times Fav Persian stew with Eggplant, Split pea, Unripe grape, Tomato sauce and lamb. Unripe grape and verjuice is extensively used in Persian cuisine.
Persian Rice
Rice with homemade Ghee served with stew
Quince Tea
Quince Tea served with dessert perfect for a cold fall evening
Squash Dessert with Ice-cream
This dessert is a childhood favorite from North of Iran plus I've added my touch to flavors and texture for this dish. Squash puree, brown butter, cinnamon and candied pecans served with seasonal ice-cream.
