Zeitoun Parvardeh

Absolute favorite snack from childhood, this dish is from North of Iran. Olive marinated with walnuts, fresh homemade pomegranate sauce, pomegranate molasses, pomegranate seeds, garlic and spices.
Āush e Anar/Pomegranate Aush (Vegeterian)

Aush is part of Iranian, Azerbaijani and Turkish cuisine.It is a thick soup/stew, which is usually served hot. It can be considered a full meal or a first course. This Aush includes 5 different fresh herbs, rice, lentil, onion, pomegranate juice, pomegranate molasses and Persian spices.

This is a very popular dishe in Iran. Kotlet consists of a mix of ground beef (halal meat), mashed potatoes, onions, a mix of spices and bread crumbs fried with avocado oil. Served with the side of arugula, pomegranate seeds and almond/pomegranate molasses dressing.
