A unique refreshment from Persia land! Chia seeds, orange blossom water and a hint of sugar.

Homemade pickles including carrot, cauliflower, celery and cucumber.
Sabzi Platter
Appetizer
Every Persian feast is not complete without this simple tasty platter. Assorted fresh herbs, radish, walnuts, almonds and feta cheese served with bread. Walnuts and almonds are soaked in water overnight.
Sabzi & Khorma Salad
Appetizer
Mint and Cilantro with green mixed salad, persimmon, walnut, dates, feta cheese and fresh lime-olive oil dressing.
Maast o Esfenaj
Small Plate
Yogurt and Spinach with raw garlic and spices. This dish is served family style.
Abgoosht Kashk o Bademjoon
Entree
This is a dish that my beloved grandmother used to cook. Organic lamb shank, chickpeas, white beans, potatoes, onion, eggplants, kashk (high in calcium), turmeric and spices. The secret to this dish is to slow-cook the ingredients.

Black Persian tea brewed with orange blossom.
Orange Blossom & Date Custard
Dessert
This is one of the favorite dessert in the Middle East and Iran. Orange blossom, milk mixed with rice flour and sugar. Garnished with date syrup and sun-dried coconut. Thanks to Yasmin Khan for the inspiration. This dessert is a perfect match for this menu.
