What you're about to experience is as if you were in Iran trying a homemade meal or visiting a traditional restaurant "Dizisara" where they only serve one main dish, Abgoosht.
Abgoosht, also called Dizi, is a Persian stew that refers to the traditional stone crock that it is served in.
In this menu, I'd like to introduce you to a unique culinary gem from my beloved Iran.
Noosh e joon!

Abgoosht
Entree
Lamb shank, chickpeas, white beans, potatoes, onion, tomatoes, dried lime, turmeric, cinnamon and my fav Persian spice mix. This is a slow-cooked dish for over ten hours. This dish is served with Sangak bread.
This Entree is served in two parts:
- Soup: First we'll serve the soup, which is full of flavors with lamb and potato. Pickle is a perfect pair for this dish.
- Goosht Koobideh: all the ingredients that are mashed and turned into a paste. You'll love it!
Persian Tea
Dessert
Black Persian tea brewed with orange blossom.
Fereni with Date Sauce
Dessert
This is one of the favorite dessert in the Middle East and Iran. Orange blossom, milk mixed with rice flour and sugar. Garnished with date sauce and sun-dried coconut.
Thanks to Yasmin Khan for the inspiration.
