Farmer’s Market Cocktails with Mixologist Jessi Lorraine of Elda (Livestream Benefit for SF New Deal)

This class will focus on warm weather cocktails, using fresh produce and easy ingredients to make layered, luscious drinks with easy-to-follow bartending techniques. Learn how to make a simple syrup and then dive into the basics of balance and flavor in cocktails. All guests must supply their own ingredients. Full ingredient list will be provided upon purchase of ticket. --- Jessi is the bar manager of “Top 10 Best New Bar” Elda, formerly of Bon Voyage! and Absinthe Brasserie & Bar, and a veteran in the bar industry. She has been bartending and creating cocktails for 8 years, and was recognized for winning the most recent Speed Rack California, a nation-wide all female bartending competition. --- The Memorial Day Weekend "Chefstival" brings together over a dozen of the Bay Area's top chefs to host one-of-a-kind interactive cooking classes through ChefsFeed Experiences. Half of all ticket proceeds go directly to the host chefs and their staff, the other half goes to the nonprofit SF New Deal. SF New Deal is a nonprofit that partners with small businesses and community organizations to provide income for workers and meals for neighbors in need.
