It's Cobbler Time! Baking with Fruit with Chef Lenore Estrada of Three Babes Bakeshop (Livestream Benefit for SF New Deal)

Join Three Babes Bakeshop founder (and SF New Deal co-founder & executive director!), Lenore Estrada for a fun and easy lesson on baking with fruit. From apples to berries to stone fruit, after this class you’ll be able to take whatever you have on hand and transform it into a fabulous pie or cobbler. All guests must supply their own ingredients. Full ingredient list will be provided upon purchase of ticket. --- Lenore is the co-founder and owner of Three Babes Bakeshop, a woman and minority owned bakery business in San Francisco that is committed to supporting and promoting local and organic farming. As co-founder and executive director of SF New Deal, she has helped deliver over 150,000 meals to people in need. --- The Memorial Day Weekend "Chefstival" brings together over a dozen of the Bay Area's top chefs to host one-of-a-kind interactive cooking classes through ChefsFeed Experiences. Half of all ticket proceeds go directly to the host chefs and their staff, the other half goes to the nonprofit SF New Deal. SF New Deal is a nonprofit that partners with small businesses and community organizations to provide income for workers and meals for neighbors in need.
