He will demonstrate the simple, straightforward techniques he uses to prepare the juiciest, most tender, crispy, flavor-filled fried chicken. --- Laurence Jossel (San Francisco magazine Best Chef) got into the restaurant business as a teenager, dishwashing, and bussing and waiting tables. Laurence spent time at La Folie and The Dining Room at The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco under Gary Danko, opened Kokkari, Chez Nous, and finally Chow, where he met the partners for NOPA (Top 10 Restaurants). Together with his partners, Laurence has built a neighborhood restaurant that’s making simple, hearty, accessible food with local ingredients and a focus on sustainability. --- The Memorial Day Weekend "Chefstival" brings together over a dozen of the Bay Area's top chefs to host one-of-a-kind interactive cooking classes through ChefsFeed Experiences.
