He'll walk you through patty technique, pickles, and reveal the secrets to his signature sauce. For a bonus round, he’ll show you how to make a versatile homemade ricotta. All guests must supply their own ingredients. Full ingredient list will be provided upon purchase of ticket. --- Adam Rosenblum is the owner and culinary brains behind the food at Alba Ray’s, Causwells, and Popsons Burgers. Before striking out on his own, Adam was sous chef at San Francisco’s beloved Flour+Water. He has also cooked across the country in Arkansas, New Jersey, Maryland, and in New Orleans alongside James Beard award winning chef Donald Link at Herbsaint. --- The Memorial Day Weekend "Chefstival" brings together over a dozen of the Bay Area's top chefs to host one-of-a-kind interactive cooking classes through ChefsFeed Experiences. Half of all ticket proceeds go directly to the host chefs and their staff, the other half goes to the nonprofit SF New Deal. SF New Deal is a nonprofit that partners with small businesses and community organizations to provide income for workers and meals for neighbors in need. They directly fund restaurants, keeping businesses open, workers employed, and vulnerable people fed.
