Cacio e Pepe the Easy Way with Chef Michelle Minori (Livestream Benefit for SF New Deal)

Learn a super simple and sure fire way to make a ‘cacio e pepe’ sauce that you can use on anything. Add it to your pasta of choice, then spruce it up with some spring peas and a perfectly poached egg. All guests must supply their own ingredients. Full ingredient list will be provided upon purchase of ticket. --- 2017 SF Chronicle Rising Star Chef Michelle Minori’s cooking style is inspired by the beautiful ingredients that abound in the SF Bay Area. She has worked as the culinary director of the Ne Timeas restaurant group (Flour & Water, Central Kitchen, Salumeria), and spent time at Il Canne Rosso, Acquerello, La Folie, and Aqua. --- The Memorial Day Weekend "Chefstival" brings together over a dozen of the Bay Area's top chefs to host one-of-a-kind interactive cooking classes through ChefsFeed Experiences. Half of all ticket proceeds go directly to the host chefs and their staff, the other half goes to the nonprofit SF New Deal. SF New Deal is a nonprofit that partners with small businesses and community organizations to provide income for workers and meals for neighbors in need. They directly fund restaurants, keeping businesses open, workers employed, and vulnerable people fed.
