Blistered shishito peppers served with sweet pickled peppers topped with toasted pumpkin seeds.
Stuffed Squash Blossoms
Small Plate
A rich blend of cheeses are combined with wild rice and herbs and loaded inside these delicate blooms. Lightly breaded and fried.
Pork Belly Grits
Entree
Rich buttery pork belly adorns a bed of creamy grits brightened by micro radish greens.
Blackberry Panna Cotta

Sweet cream and pureed blackberry panna cotta dressed in granulated honey
