Chef Furukawa is the Co-Founder, Chef, and Owner of Kado No Mise and Kaiseki Furukawa. Kaiseki Furukawa is the first restaurant in Minneapolis to offer the traditional Japanese kaiseki experience — meaning a set menu of many small courses, presented in sequence — from Furukawa, who learned the technique while cooking in his native Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan.
