I was told that Indian food can never be fine dining, I took that as a challenge and I embarked on this journey to change that by sharing my progressive indian food with everyone. This is a winter special menu. It has 3 new items which are being launched for the first time on this platform however I have made them for multiple events and my guests have asked me to put them on the menu. Would love to share these items with other people. I have incorporated molecular gastronomy as a part of Indian Cuisine while still maintaining the authentic flavors. One of the dish (sizzler) is my favourite and it is rarely available in restaurants in United States. Come join me on the vegetarian culinary excursion which will give you the taste of real India.

Stuffed pepper and seasonal assorted veggies which are marinated in a spicy sauce. The grilled paneer shashlik (cottage cheese) is later served in a sizzler pan with a bed of tempered rice and some salad on sides of it. This is a perfect winter dish.
