Ingredients

Smoked Salmon Salad

  • 12oz smoked salmon filet, (skin & dark flesh removed), flaked
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • 3 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoons finely-diced red onion
  • 3 tablespoons capers, drained and roughly chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Herby & Lemony Mascarpone

  • 12oz mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps

Smoked Salmon Salad

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  2. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately or store, covered, in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
  3. Serve with herby and lemony mascarpone spread onto toasted bread.

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve at room temperature.
