Garlic Crab

  • Water
  • Garlic

  • Red Pepper Falkes

  • Old English
  • Crabs
  • Garlic Butter

Crab Mac N Cheese

  • Elbow Macaroni
  • Margarine
  • Carnation Milk
  • Seasoning Salt
  • Garlic Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Hot Sauce
  • Mustard
  • Eggs
  • Crab Meat
  • Cheese

To Assemble

  • Garlic Crab
  • Old Bay
  • Parsley
  • Crab Mac

Steps

Garlic Crab

  1. Fill a pot of water.
  2. Add special crab seasoning, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, onion powder, hot sauce, mustard, cayenne pepper and Old English.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir all of the ingredients together to mix.
  5. Once everything has boiled together, add the crabs.
  6. Cook the crabs until they are red.
  7. Once the crabs are cooked, pull them out of the water.
  8. Drain the crabs.
  9. Clean the crabs, take the back off, cleaning out the deadman.
  10. Dip the crabs in the garlic butter.

Crab Mac N Cheese

  1. To a boiling pot of water add elbow macaroni.
  2. Cook until al dente.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add margarine, carnation milk, seasoning salt, garlic salt, black pepper, hot sauce and mustard.
  5. Stir everything together.
  6. Let it cool down for a little.
  7. Add four eggs, crab meat and the cheese.
  8. Mix everything together.
  9. Put it into a pan and put into the oven for an hour and a half.
  10. Remove from oven and let rest.

To Assemble

  1. Put six crabs into a box.
  2. Sprinkle with Old Bay and Parsley.
  3. Place Crab Mac into a Styrofoam bowl
  4. Serve.
