Guilt-Free Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 drop of vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 pinch of fine salt

Steps

  1. Place avocados and cacao powder in the food processor, blend until smooth. Sweeten with honey and some salt. Place in the fridge for at least an hour before consuming.
