  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper grains
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Oregano
  • Ground pepper

Steps

  1. Dry the peppers in the sun for 6 hours.
  2. Cut the garlic into sheets.
  3. Place the dehydrated peppers, the garlic, pepper, oregano, and ground pepper in a glass jar and cover with olive oil.
