Ingredients

Lemon, Ginger and Basil Detox Iced Tea

  • 1 lemon
  • 5 thinly sliced ginger coins
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoon raw honey
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • Optional: lemon slices and fresh basil, for garnish

Detox Blueberry Coconut Iced Green Tea

  • 2 green tea bags
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon raw honey
  • 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups coconut water, heated
  • Optional: fresh blueberries and mint leaves, for garnish

Cinnamon Turmeric Detox Iced Tea

  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • Optional: additional ground cinnamon and turmeric, for garnish

Steps

Lemon, Ginger and Basil Detox Iced Tea

  1. Cut the lemon in half and juice it into a large 1 qt. mason jar, removing any seeds.
  2. Add the lemon halves into a pitcher, along with the ginger coins, honey, and fresh basil leaves.
  3. Pour boiling water into the pitcher. Allow to steep until cool, and then remove the ginger, basil, and lemon halves.
  4. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and fresh basil, if desired.

Detox Blueberry Coconut Iced Green Tea

  1. Add the blueberries, tea bags, honey, and lemon juice into a pitcher.
  2. Pour boiling coconut water into the pitcher.
  3. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, and then remove the tea bags.
  4. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh blueberries and mint, if desired.

Cinnamon Turmeric Detox Iced Tea

  1. Add the tea bags, cinnamon, turmeric, and raw honey to a pitcher.
  2. Pour boiling water into the pitcher. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, and then remove tea bags.
  3. Serve over ice, garnished with additional ground cinnamon and turmeric, if desired.
