- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries 1 teaspoon flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups fresh kale
- Ice, as needed
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
- If too thick, can add additional almond milk, as needed. If too thin, can add more frozen berries or ice to thicken.
