Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (frozen, optional)
  • 1/4 cup (or 5-6) pitted dates
  • Juice from half a lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • Handful of ice cubes

Steps

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Serve immediately
