- 1 teaspoon ground coffee
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- Avocado toast
- 1 slice wheat bread
- 1 teaspoon smashed avocado
- Thinly sliced radish
- Combine water and coffee grounds. Let sit overnight and then strain.
- Toast the bread, and top with smashed avocado, greens and radish.
- Serve avocado toast alongside coffee.
