After all the fabulous and sinful living and dining, we take a day off and try being healthy in true Indian style, consulting experts and gaining knowledge that goes back more than 5000 years. In this episode, between learning how to cook healthy, wholesome meals, we learn the true meaning of yoga in the birthplace of the ancient practice. We learn about and sample some very authentic, healthy dishes, and dip our toes into the ancient Indian practice of Ayurveda.
