Give your wings a kick of Asian flavor thanks to ingredients like peanuts, crispy seaweed, and spicy gochujang sauce.
6 chicken wings
1/3 cup of cane vinegar
1/3 cup fish sauce
½ cup cornstarch
½ cup rice wine flour
4 tbsp of peanut butter
2 tbsp of cane vinegar
1 tsp of minced ginger
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of honey
1 tsp of gochujang
Juice of 1 lime
2 scallions, chopped
2 tbsp crushed peanuts
2 tbsp of crushed crispy seaweed
1 sliced lime
In a bowl add the cane vinegar, fish sauce and chicken. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
in a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
Heat a large pot filled with oil ⅔ the way full. Remove chicken from marinade. Combine cornstarch and rice flour and dredge chicken in flour mixture. Shake any excess. Fry until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Remove from oil. Place chicken in a bowl with sauce. Gently toss until all of the chicken is covered.
Plate chicken and top off with the toppings.
