2 cups coconut milk
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon raw honey
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Pour mixture into a sauce pan and heat over medium heat until hot, but not boiling: approx. 4-6 minutes.
