This bowl is very easy to make, super delicious, and packed full of fiber and protein.
3/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of matcha powdered green tea
1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup
3 strawberries, sliced
1 banana, sliced
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of sliced almonds
1 tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut
In a mixing bowl combine the yogurt, matcha and maple syrup, mixing until a thorough consistency is reached.
Place the mixture into a bowl and top with the strawberry, banana, chia seeds, sliced almonds and shredded coconut.
