1/2 cup organic pumpkin purée
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Toppings: crushed pecans, dollop plain greek yogurt, and/or cinnamon
