Try this easy and healthy alternative to rice.
1/2 head of cauliflower
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Grate cauliflower using kitchen grater or a food processor.
Heat oil olive in skillet.
Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.
Add the cauliflower rice, turmeric, salt, and pepper, and cook until combined and almost tender.
Season with additional salt and/or pepper, to taste.
