  • For the base:

  • 5 ounces peanut cookies

  • 5 ounces chocolate-covered cookies

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • For the filling:

  • 2 2/3 cups cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 7 ounces milk chocolate, melted and cooled

  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream

  • To decorate:

  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • Caramel sauce

  • Melted milk chocolate

  • 3 Snickers bars, cut into pieces

Instructions

  1. Blitz the cookies into a fine crumb and add the melted butter. Pour into a base-lined cake pan and press firmly. Set aside in the fridge.

  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the caramel sauce, peanut butter and milk chocolate and beat again until everything is evenly combined. Add the cream and continue to beat until the mixture thickens. Spoon mixture on top of the chilled base and level the top. Leave in the fridge to firm up overnight.

  3. Transfer cheesecake to a plate. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together and smooth over the top. Drizzle with the caramel sauce and melted chocolate then scatter over the chopped Snickers bars.

  • 4 large chocolate chip cookies

  • 2 Snickers bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Place the cookies on a baking tray. Cut the Snickers bars into chunks and divide evenly on top of the cookies. Bake in the hot oven for 10 minutes until all the Snickers pieces have melted, then remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.

  • 3 Snickers bars, halved, frozen

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Oil, for frying

  • Powdered sugar, to decorate

Instructions

  1. Freeze Snickers halves for at least 4 hours. Heat oil in a large pan to medium-high temperature.

  2. Mix flour and water to make a smooth, thick batter. Carefully dunk each piece of Snickers into the batter and place straight into the hot oil, cooking 2 to 3 at a time. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown all over. Remove from the oil with tongs or a slotted spoon and place on paper towels. Leave to cool for a couple of minutes before dusting in powdered sugar.

  • For the filling:

  • 2 Snickers bars, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • To assemble:

  • 6 chocolate cupcakes

  • Chocolate buttercream

  • 6 Snickers bites

Instructions

  1. Melt the Snickers bars, cream and butter together in a small saucepan over low heat, then pour into a bowl and leave to cool slightly.

  2. Make holes in each cupcake using a knife or a cookie cutter (don’t cut all the way to the bottom or too close to the edges). Spoon the mixture in the cupcakes, then plug the tops with the cut-out cake.

  3. Pipe chocolate buttercream on top of each cake, and top with a Snickers bite.

  • 4 tablespoons milk

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Put the Snickers bars and milk into a small saucepan and place over low heat to melt gently. In a small bowl, beat the butter then add the melted Snickers bars. Beat until everything comes together to form a smooth spread. Use right away or store in a glass jar.
