Smoked Salmon Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet pie dough

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

  • 1 ounce smoked salmon

  • Dill

  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut pie dough into 4 squares. Use a cookie cutter to cut out a shape from 2 squares. Place the cut out dough on top of the full squares. Use a fork to press the edges together. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with black pepper and bake for 20 minutes.

  2. Press the centers down with a spoon and add a dollop of cream cheese, salmon and dill.

Sausage Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 sheet pie dough

  • 2 sausages

  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese, halved

  • Black pepper

  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut pie dough into 2 squares. Add slits or designs as desired.

  2. Add a cheddar cheese half and sausage in the center, and wrap dough around filling. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with black pepper and bake for 20 minutes.

Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 sheet pie dough

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

  • 2 strawberries, sliced

  • Granulated sugar, for sprinkling

  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Cut pie dough into 2 squares. Add slits or designs as desired. Add a dollop cream cheese in the center of each, and then add the cut strawberries. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar and bake for 20 minutes.

Blueberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 sheet pie dough

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

  • 18 blueberries

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • Granulated sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Cut pie dough into 2 squares. Add slits or designs as desired. Place a dollop of cream cheese in the center of each, and then add blueberries. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar and bake for 20 minutes.
