  • 4 slices bread, toasted

  • 1 jar Trader Joe’s Fig Butter

  • 1 cup dried apricots, quartered

  • 1 cup Trader Joe’s Walnut Baking Pieces, toasted

  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Spread a generous layer of ricotta on each slice of toast. Spoon a layer of fig butter over ricotta. Top with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with honey and enjoy.

  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, sliced

  • 2 cups baby heirloom tomatoes, halved

  • 1 Persian cucumber, sliced thin

  • 3 sprigs of fresh dill

  • Trader Joe’s Garlic Flavored Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Spread a generous layer of hummus on each slice of toast. Assemble toast using all the topping ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil and enjoy.

Hummus Toast

Avocado Toast

  • 4 slices bread, toasted

  • 2 avocados, cut into 16 wedges

  • 4 eggs, poached

  • Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning Mix

  • 1 bunch of chives, sliced thin

  • Trader Joe’s Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

Instructions

  1. Using a fork, smash avocado wedges directly onto each piece of toast. Sprinkle avocado with seasoning mix, top with poached egg and garnish with chives. Drizzle glaze over the toast and enjoy.

Cheesy Tot Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • For the tot bake:

  • 2 bags Trader Joe’s Potato Tots

  • Trader Joe’s 21 Salute Seasoning Mix

  • 1 box Trader Joe’s pre-cooked bacon, chopped

  • 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 block Trader Joe’s Unexpected Cheddar, crumbled

  • For the toppings:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Sriracha Sauce

  • 6 eggs, cooked sunny side up

  • 1 bunch of chives, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Grease an 11 by 9 inch casserole dish. Line the tots side by side along the entire bottom of the pan so they fit snugly. Season with 21 Salute Seasoning Mix. Top with a layer of bacon, then a layer of both cheeses. Create another layer of tots, facing the opposite way and sprinkle with seasoning mix. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes, or until all the cheese has completely melted.

  3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and the Sriracha until completely combined. Put into a squeeze bottle, or a piping bag.

  4. Cut bake into individual slices and top each with an egg, Sriracha aioli and chives.

Waffle and Fruit Breakfast Skewers

  • 1 package Trader Joe’s toaster waffles

  • 3 bananas, sliced

  • 4 cups strawberries, cut in half

  • Trader Joe’s Midnight Moo Chocolate Syrup

  • Powdered sugar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the waffles and cut into 4 pieces. Place a piece of waffle on a wooden skewer followed by a strawberry half and a banana slice. Repeat this process until the skewer is covered, leaving about an inch on the bottom of the stick for a handle. Plate the skewers, dust them with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate sauce.

Lox + Everything Bagel Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 Trader Joe’s pre-made pizza dough

  • Olive oil

  • Trader Joe’s Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Mix

  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese

  • 6 ounces Trader Joe’s smoked salmon lox

  • 1/4 red onion, sliced thin

  • 2 tablespoons capers

  • 3 sprigs fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Make the flatbread: Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Remove pizza dough from package and allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. On a lightly floured surface spread out the dough using your hands. Shape into a disc and stretch out to the size of a medium pizza pan. Transfer the dough to the pan and coat with olive oil. Sprinkle the crust with the Everything But the Bagel Seasoning Mix. Cook flatbread for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Allow the pizza to cool for 5 minutes.

  3. Assemble the pizza: Spread an even layer of cream cheese over the middle of the pizza. Sprinkle the top of the cream cheese with more seasoning mix. Top pizza with all remaining ingredients. Cut into squares and enjoy.

Lox + Everything Bagel Flatbread

Cookie Butter Morning Rolls

Ingredients

  • For the buns:

  • 1 package TJ’s Crescent Rolls

  • 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter

  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar

  • For the glaze:

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

  • 1/4 cup whole milk

  • 2 tablespoons softened butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Make the rolls: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Open Trader Joe’s Crescent Rolls and unroll dough. Separate into 12 individual triangles, and spread about 1 tablespoon of cookie butter on each triangle. Sprinkle each dough segment with about 1 teaspoon of brown sugar. Roll each triangle onto itself starting from the wide end towards the tip. Curve each roll slightly to form the crescent shape, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.

  3. Make the glaze: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, butter and vanilla extract until fully combined.

  4. Assemble the rolls: Once the rolls have cooled completely, remove from baking sheet and drizzle with icing. Allow to sit for 1 minute for the glaze to settle. Enjoy!
