Philly Cheesesteak Pizza

  • 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)

  • 1/4 pounds Rib eye beef, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced into strips

  • 1/4 onion

  • 3/4 cup alfredo sauce

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. In a pan, season beef with salt and pepper and cook in a little olive oil, until no longer pink. Remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan, add peppers and onion and cook until softened.

  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crust. Transfer to a lightly greased baking sheet.

  3. Spread the alfredo sauce over the crust in an even layer. Top with cheeses, meat, and vegetables. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
