- 1/2 pound (about 10) strawberries
- 1 orange, broken into segments
- 5 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- Set a heat-proof bowl over a pot of boiling water. Add chocolate chips and allow to melt. Turn off heat.
- Dry each piece of fruit with a paper towel, then dip into the chocolate and set on a parchment-lined sheet tray.
- Place in the refrigerator to set.
