Ingredients

  • Wings:
  • 4 pounds chicken wings, separated
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Buffalo sauce:
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 butter pats, melted
  • Yogurt ranch:
  • 3 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 2 tablespoons minced dill
  • 1 1/2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • To serve:
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 3 carrots, sliced

Steps

  1. For the wings: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Toss wings with salt, pepper and baking powder. Lay the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
  3. For the buffalo sauce: In a saucepan, add butter and melt. Stir in hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire and a pinch of salt. Toss cooked wings in the buffalo sauce.
  4. For the dipping sauce: Add all of the ingredients to a medium sized bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
  5. Serve with dipping sauce and sliced veggies.
