Salmon Wrap
- 1 (5-ounce) piece baked salmon
- 1/2 cup shredded romaine
- 1/3 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Salt
- 1 large flour tortilla
Yogurt Sauce
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 tablespoon minced cilantro
Steps
Salmon Wrap
- Place tortilla over flame on stove for about 15 seconds per side, if desired.
- Lay out on a flat surface and top with lettuce, salmon, tomatoes, avocado and a sprinkle of salt.
- Fold tortilla up and place wrap in a reusable container.
Yogurt Sauce
- In a small bowl, add lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, salt, chives and cilantro.
- Mix to combine, then transfer into a reusable container.
