Salmon Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 (5-ounce) piece baked salmon
  • 1/2 cup shredded romaine
  • 1/3 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Salt
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • Yogurt sauce:
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon minced cilantro

Steps

  1. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, add lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, salt, chives and cilantro. Mix to combine, then transfer into a reusable container.
  2. Place tortilla over flame on stove for about 15 seconds per side, if desired. Lay out on a flat surface and top with lettuce, salmon, tomatoes, avocado and a sprinkle of salt. Fold tortilla up and place wrap in a reusable container.
