For the spice rub: Mix all spices in a bowl and store in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
For the chicken: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss the chicken with vegetable oil and then coat liberally with 3 tablespoons of the spice rub. Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
For the barbecue sauce: Add all ingredients to a sauce pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove chicken from the oven and turn on the broiler. Brush the chicken liberally with barbecue sauce, coating well. Place under the broiler for an additional 5 to 8 minutes until nice and charred. Garnish with scallions.
For the Cauliflower mash: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Season with salt. Add the florets and cook for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, add the half-and-half, cheese and butter. When cauliflower is done, add to the bowl. Mash well.
For the slaw: In a bowl, whisk the mayo, vinegar and honey. Add the vegetables and toss to coat.
