- 4 pita bread rounds
- ¾ cup za’atar seasoning
- Olive oil spray
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut each pita round into 6 wedges.
- Place wedges onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray pita wedges with oil to coat lightly.
- Generously sprinkle wedges with za’atar seasoning until well coated.
