Shaved Brussels Sprouts with Charred Grapes and Toasted Almonds

Make this Tonight - "Epic Fall Feast"

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Brussels sprouts shaved
  • 1/4 lb red grapes
  • 1/2 c. Toasted chopped almonds
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T Honey
  • 1 T kosher salt
  • 3 sprigs tarragon
  • 1/4 c. Flat leaf parsley

Steps

  1. Heat skillet till smoking hot then add grapes to char on two sides. Remove once charred and let cool.
  2. Roast almonds for 2-3 min then rough chop.
  3. Shave Brussels sprouts on mandolin.
  4. Mix honey and lemon juice then slowly add olive oil, season with salt.
  5. Mix all ingredients in bowl and serve.
