- 15 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup Japanese mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
- Heat a small saute pan with olive oil on low and add oil. Add garlic and fry until golden brown, 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Combine with remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
