Fried Garlic “Aioli”

Ingredients

  • 15 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced

Steps

  1. Heat a small saute pan with olive oil on low and add oil. Add garlic and fry until golden brown, 3-5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Combine with remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
